This toll free line 08000EKOMED (08000356633) provides the residents in the state with 24/7 access to highly trained and experienced medical doctors for non-emergency primary care advice via voice or video call from the comforts of their homes in any of the four major languages in Lagos State – English Language(including Pidgin), Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo.
Where further medical treatment is needed after due consultation with the medical doctors, the caller would be referred to designated and empaneled healthcare providers under IleraEko.
EKOTELEMED is also a part of the state’s COVID-19 response used to monitor compulsory isolation and testing of inbound passengers, home based care triaging and follow up for asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic COVID-19 Positive Patients and the dedicated COVID-19 Helpline for the State.
